However, actual appearance may vary due to screen settings, lighting, substrate conditions, application methods, and normal production tolerances.

Technical and installation information should be read together with the applicable JUKE Technical Data Sheet and installation instructions.

Customers are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their intended application.

Orders

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully received and JUKE begins order processing.

We may cancel or limit an order in cases including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, incorrect customer information, export restrictions, sanctions requirements, logistics limitations, or other reasonable business circumstances.

If JUKE cancels an order before shipment, amounts paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

JUKE Materials may change prices at any time before an order is completed.

For eligible U.S. retail orders marked as Free U.S. Shipping, the shipping arrangement includes the international door-to-door logistics service, customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes as described in our Shipping & Logistics Policy.

Payment

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal, Shopify, banks, card networks, or other payment processors.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

JUKE Materials is not responsible for delays, account reviews, holds, currency-conversion charges, or other actions independently taken by payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Logistics Policy.

For eligible U.S. retail orders, estimated delivery is approximately 30–35 calendar days after payment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

JUKE Materials is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by customs inspections, port congestion, weather, carrier disruptions, government controls, force majeure events, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, damage claims, defective-product claims, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers must contact JUKE Materials before returning any item.

Installation and Use

JUKE Epoxy Colored Sand Flooring is a professional construction material whose performance depends on substrate conditions, preparation, mixing, environmental conditions, tools, workmanship, and application thickness.

Customers and installers are responsible for following the applicable technical and installation instructions.

JUKE Materials is not responsible for failures caused by unsuitable substrates, improper preparation, excessive moisture, incorrect mixing, incorrect application, contamination, misuse, or failure to follow installation instructions.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product images, videos, text, technical materials, product names, graphics, designs, and other content owned by JUKE Materials remain the property of JUKE Materials or their respective owners.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to represent another product or brand without written permission.

Third-Party Services

The website may include services, links, or integrations provided by third parties.

JUKE Materials is not responsible for third-party websites, payment processors, logistics companies, social networks, or other third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly stated in our policies.
